DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days. Domestic shipping is free for orders over Rs. 4000. For orders up to Rs. 4000 we have a flat domestic shipping rate of Rs. 250. Shipping is trackable via Bluedart.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship globally via Fedex International Priority ( 3-5 business days ).
Please note that import duties are not borne by us.

In special circumstances, please email us at info.nadinadi@gmail.com. Once our team reviews the request, we will get in touch with you to sort any concerns you might have. To exchange your product, you should mail your product to one of the following addresses:
1) B-5/30, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi -110029, India

Please email us at info.nadinadi@gmail.com before shipping out any items for exchanges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 4,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
